TCC Wireless, NJ South Orange, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand. You will be the friendly face guiding shoppers through devices, plans, and promotions in a fast-paced store environment.

Join a dynamic team where you’ll help customers compare plans, upsell accessories, and process activations and payments. This role emphasizes energy, reliability, and a passion for wireless tech in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months retail or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Drive monthly revenue through new and existing accounts, and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across store channels.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and deposits per store standards.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, and work area according to standards.
• Assist customers with activations, plan changes, upgrades, and payments.
