A Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) is a brand ambassador to our large customer base nationwide. Our RSC associates serve customers by demonstrating AT&T's products, services, and entertainment options, offering personalized and valuable wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions to fit their evolving lifestyles in a fast-paced retail environment.
We offer competitive compensation, with full-time Retail Sales Consultants earning a minimum base of ($31,200 + commission). Average total earnings can reach $45,000 or more in the first year when sales goals are met or exceeded. Commission is based on sales performance.
