EdgeLink Inc. | Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Fall River is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless products, learn our sales process and work toward clear goals.

You will be on-site at 824C William Canning Blvd, Fall River, MA 02721, assisting with activations, upgrades, and payments while protecting customer information and delivering friendly service. Pay includes incentives and daily/weekly opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to explain options clearly and close sales.
• Willingness to learn product details and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans and accessories that fit customer needs.
