This hourly base-pay role offers incentives, daily/weekly/monthly opportunities, paid training from day one, and potential advancement into management based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
