Job summary

EdgeLink Inc. in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for Metro by T-Mobile. You will help customers choose phones, plans and accessories and guide them through activations and purchases.

This on-site, hourly role offers daily incentives plus weekly and monthly bonuses, with paid training from day one. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, and advancement into management is encouraged.

• Stay current on products and promotions and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
