The position offers on-site work with full-time and part-time hours, paid training from day one, ongoing coaching, and incentives based on performance. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour with additional earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to explain options clearly and close sales.
• Willingness to learn product offerings and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
