EdgeLink Inc., Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for the New London location. You will help customers choose wireless products, plans, and accessories, explain options clearly and work toward sales targets.

You will participate in daily incentive programs and receive paid training from day one, with opportunities to advance into management. This is an on-site, full-time or part-time position with various shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience required.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work toward incentives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
