EdgeLink Inc. | Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Chicopee, MA is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to help customers select wireless products and services. You will learn our sales process and work toward clear goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

We offer paid training from day one, with daily and weekly incentive opportunities. This on-site role supports full-time and part-time shifts, with a competitive hourly base pay and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• EdgeLink is hiring customer-focused sales representatives who enjoy selling and want their results to increase their pay.
• Paid training from day one, ongoing coaching, performance recognition and opportunities to advance into management.
• This is an hourly base-pay position with additional incentives.

Responsabilités

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
