Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Specialist in New Tazewell, TN to connect with customers and identify their wireless needs, delivering personalized service and expert guidance on devices and plans. Base pay starts at $12.00 per hour with uncapped commissions, averaging $17.00 per hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
