This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings around $17 per hour when commissions are included. Flexible shift availability, growth opportunities, and a strong team culture are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact existing customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management.
