Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Specialist in Livingston, TN to help customers select wireless solutions and services with outstanding service.

You will learn product capabilities, stay current on promotions, and work with a team to hit daily sales goals while delivering a great customer experience. This role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions and opportunities for growth within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and excel.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and services with outstanding service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
