Russell Cellular Inc. in Jamestown, TN seeks a Wireless Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and identify wireless needs. You will help customers select devices and services, while representing the Russell Cellular brand with integrity and initiative.

As part of Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll work with a team to drive sales, participate in campaigns, and grow your career. The role requires flexibility for store hours and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow and excel in a retail sales environment.
• Knack for technology and ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Monitor action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
