Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist to provide personalized customer service and identify wireless needs for customers at our Verizon Authorized Retailer locations. You will drive sales of devices and services while upholding our core values of integrity, expertise, initiative and service.

This role offers base pay at $12/hour plus uncapped commissions, with an average of $17/hour including commission potential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals.
