Job summary

Russell Cellular in Nashua, NH is looking for a Wireless Specialist who will get to know customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized wireless solutions with outstanding service.

You will earn a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions; the average with commission is about $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more in a growing Verizon Authorized Retailer network.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for more sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to accomplish daily/monthly sales goals.
