Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers choose devices and wireless plans, and build lasting relationships in our store.

You will learn products through ongoing training, support store operations, and work toward team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with devices and plans.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized wireless solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and service.
• Support with account questions, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
