Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers stay connected with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.

You will build lasting relationships through outstanding service, identify customer needs, and pursue sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes a base rate plus uncapped commission, with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service assisting customers with devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized wireless solutions.

• Assist with store operations, merchandising, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support local marketing initiatives to generate sales opportunities.
