Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service for devices, plans, and accessories while helping customers find the right wireless solutions.

You will build lasting relationships through service and follow-up and contribute to store performance with daily operations. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base hourly rate, and opportunities for career development within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
• Comfort with technology and devices.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service for devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through service and follow-up.
• Support account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through training.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, opening/closing.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
