Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to assist customers, recommend personalized wireless solutions, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will learn products, services, and promotions through ongoing training and participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
