Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers select devices and plans, and grow sales at a dynamic retail location.

You will build relationships, identify needs, and provide personalized solutions while staying current on promotions and products. In this role, you will participate in community outreach, support store operations, and pursue individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
