Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate for full-time work with base pay plus uncapped commission. A fully paid 3-week training is provided, and no wireless experience is required.

You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and aim to meet monthly sales targets through strong product knowledge and genuine customer connection. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsabilités

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device/plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets via product knowledge and connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Maintain positive floor energy and store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
