Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to guide customers through device and plan decisions and to close sales with authentic connections. Training is provided and pay includes base and uncapped commission.

You will engage customers, stay current on products, and represent the brand at times in the community. This is a full-time on-site retail role with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
