Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers stay connected through devices, plans, and services. Deliver stellar customer service, discover needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17.00 per hour and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
