Russell Cellular Inc., a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions. You’ll blend relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to keep customers connected and grow your career.

Compensation includes a $12.00 hourly base plus uncapped commissions with average earnings up to $17.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and ongoing training for career

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and services.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
