EdgeLink Inc., a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring for a Retail Sales Representative in Manchester, CT. This on-site role offers hourly base pay with performance incentives and daily/weekly payout opportunities.

You will assist customers, promote wireless products and services, and operate with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Expect to learn the sales process, achieve defined goals, and work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to explain options clearly and close sales.
• Willingness to learn about plans and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
