Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail sales by engaging customers and promoting wireless products in a fast-paced setting. You’ll build relationships, demonstrate solutions, and assist with sales transactions while growing product knowledge through training.

You’ll earn $17.00 per hour base with $5 training pay, and after 90 days may qualify for incentives up to $18,000/year. All employees are eligible for a $20/hour total compensation and annual stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in serving customers and providing product demonstrations to support sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting personalized device and service solutions that meet their individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, and retail processes.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
