Job summary

Sun Com Mobile in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high quality sales and exceed company benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories according to management guidance and performance targets.

Qualifications

Retail sales experience preferred (1 year).
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Must have reliable transportation to location and to trainings.
At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
Follow company guidance and management benchmarks to maximize sales and metrics.
Support new hires and peers as a role model and provide assistance as needed.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
