Job summary

Sun Com Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high quality sales, promote handsets and rate plans, and support new hires. You will follow company guidance and drive key metrics while maintaining store appearance and adhering to policies.

The role requires at least 4 days/30 hours per week, ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation to location and training sites. Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales experience (1 year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to store policies.
