Mobile Generation LLC is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Representative to join our Verizon Wireless team in Wisconsin Rapids. In this full-time role you will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the sales process, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between Midwest locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to locations across the Midwest as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide work eligibility in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks for the team.
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
