Job summary

Mobile Generation LLC is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Twin Lakes, WI to educate customers on Verizon products and services and guide them through the sales process. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and supporting store leadership.

Candidates should have 1+ years in retail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with wireless or Verizon-level products.
Proven track record of sales and customer service achievements.
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
Ability to travel to multiple Midwest locations as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
Educate customers on all Verizon Products and Services offered.
Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
Handle customer situations to completely satisfy needs.
Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks as assigned.
Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others.
