The ideal candidate has 1+ year retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekends. This full-time role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, health benefits, a 401k plan, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
• Proven achievement in sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless products, and customer service
• Ability to travel to various Midwest locations as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Create an ideal customer experience every day
• Assist customers through the sales process
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered
• Meet or exceed sales production standards
