Mobile Generation is hiring a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Twin Lakes, WI. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sale, delivering an outstanding experience daily.

We expect 1+ years in retail, proven sales ability, and a passion for wireless tech. You must be 18+ with US work eligibility; evenings/weekends required. Great perks and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon.
• Proven sales and customer service track record.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless technology products.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.
• Complete all required training by Mobile Generation and Verizon.
• Model professional conduct for employees and others.
