Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and create a positive store environment.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers and participate in promotions and events.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks, POS systems, and cash handling; assist with store upkeep and displays.
