Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is seeking eager wireless sales representatives to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced Cricket Wireless store environment.

You will greet customers, learn promos, manage POS tasks, and maintain clean, compliant displays while hitting sales targets and participating in events. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required, with opportunity for growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Perform administrative tasks and keep store displays current.
• Open/close store, ensure security of items.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, plans, and accessories.
• Participate in local events and promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
