Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, seeks energetic wireless sales consultants to greet customers, learn promos, and manage store tasks. You will balance customer experience with sales goals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring promotions are accurately communicated and policies followed.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping customers, are coachable, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and maintain a positive store environment.
• Learn new promos, price changes, and policy updates to inform customers.
• Handle administrative tasks, paperwork, and POS transactions accurately.
