Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, is seeking ambitious sales representatives focused on customer service and retention. You will greet customers, stay informed on promos, price changes and policy updates, and keep displays current and compliant.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks, filing forms, operating POS systems, cash handling, and collaborating with management to resolve issues. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Management experience not required, but helpful for advancement.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Learning promos, price changes, and policy updates proactively.
• Administrative tasks – filing paperwork and forms, communicating with management to resolve issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Uses time management; opens/closes store; secures sensitive items.
• Advocates for the customer and engages with them in a friendly, fun manner.
• Desire to be part of Cricket store team and drive sales.
• Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Works with peers and leaders, sharing best practices and serving customers.
• Balances customer experience with performance goals.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations.
