Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to learn promos, price changes and policy updates.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Learn and communicate current promos, price changes, and policies.
• Perform administrative tasks and cash handling; keep store organized.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and verify displays comply with standards.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories; participate in events.
