Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is a Cricket Wireless Dealer recruiting a motivated wireless consultant for in-store support and customer engagement. You will help customers select devices, explain plans, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Joining our team means learning current promos and policy updates, maintaining attractive displays, and working flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Previous retail or wireless experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with wireless products, service plans and accessories.
• Learn and communicate promos, price changes and policy updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, display updates, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Use POS to process transactions and manage cash handling.
• Be a passionate customer advocate and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
