Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is seeking an ambitious Wireless Consultant to join our Cricket Wireless team. You will greet customers, deliver outstanding service, and promote no-contract phones, plans, and accessories in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include staying informed on promos, price changes, and policies; maintaining store appearance; processing transactions with POS systems; and assisting with outside sales events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Management experience is not required, but preferred for advancement into store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly greeting and assist customers to create a positive store environment.
• Learn and apply current promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and keep management informed of issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and displays per corporate standards.
• Operate POS systems and cash handling with accuracy and security.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions and work flexible hours.
