Job summary

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, stellar communication, and the energy to meet monthly revenue goals. This role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays and offers base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Drives revenue through acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Builds relationships with employees and customers across channels.
• Opens, closes and operates the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintains store appearance and back room to retail standards.
• Assists customers with activations, changes, bill payments, accessories and plan upgrades.
