Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Elgin, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll be the face of the store, delivering expert knowledge on devices, plans and accessories while meeting service and sales targets in a fast-paced setting.

Base pay with commission structures rewards performance, with overall earning potential highlighted as up to $20+ per hour all in.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service and greets customers in the store.
• Drives monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Operates the store including cash handling, inventory and deposits per policy.
• Maintains store appearance and cleanliness according to standards.
• Assists customers with activations, plan changes, upgrades and payments.
