Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Forsyth, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced environment. You’ll greet customers, explain plans, and drive revenue through new and existing accounts.

This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work nights/weekends. Base pay plus commission, with earning potential up to $20+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area according to store standards.
• Explores customer needs regarding their experience with activations, changes and bill payments, equipment replacement, selling accessories and upgrades.
• Achieves assigned performance metrics.
