Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative in Montgomery, IL. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and promoting T-Mobile products and plans.

You will engage customers, explain plans and devices, and process activations, upgrades, and payments while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a focus on building relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals through new and existing accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus interpersonal skills.
• Able to problem solve, analyze results, and make sound decisions in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Assist in opening/closing the store and handling cash, inventory, and deposits per standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store appearance.
