Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring Retail Sales Representatives in Midland, TX, offering hands-on training in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and help residential clients connect to fiber Internet, mobile, TV and voice services.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or wireless sales, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or telecommunications sales experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
• Build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
• Work in-person at the assigned retail store location.
