Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking Retail Sales Representatives who are energetic, motivated, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, recommend products and services, and work toward sales and commission goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• In-person retail store work.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services clearly.
• Identify needs and recommend right product/service packages; upsell where appropriate.
• Explain pricing, promotions and terms to customers transparently.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and commission targets.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and great customer experience.
