Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives to join our in-person team in Tyler, TX. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and tailor solutions to fit needs, aiming to meet sales targets and maximize commissions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or telecom sales, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expect a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Work in person at the Tyler, TX store and provide excellent service.
