RedLion Mobile is actively seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person retail stores in the New York area. The role focuses on customer-facing sales of wireless, internet, and related services, with a strong emphasis on meeting sales and commission targets.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in retail or telecommunications sales, and is comfortable engaging customers, upselling, and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and product details clearly.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
• Maintain relationships and drive brand loyalty.
• Work in-person at the assigned store and support nearby locations as needed.
