Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Yulee, FL is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand. Expect a fast-paced environment with base pay and commission.

You will greet customers, meet monthly revenue goals, build relationships, handle store operations, and participate in activations and plan changes. This role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months retail/sales experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and individual work area according to store standards.
• Patiently explores customer needs regarding their experience with thoughtful questions and support with activations, changes and bill payments, equipment replacement, selling accessories and processing plan changes and upgrades.
• RSLSREP is responsible for achieving assigned performance metrics.
