Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service greeting customers and answering phones.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Assist with opening, closing, and operating the store including cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness according to standards.
• Assist with service activations, changes, bill payments, upgrades and add-ons.
