OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a kiosk team in Temple, PA, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

Lead daily operations, train and supervise staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with marketing on promotions, all while achieving targets and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and sales results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions.
• Excellent customer service, proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving.
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless department and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services and keep the team informed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed according to standards.
• Oversee customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to update staff on targets, promotions, and changes.
• Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and adapt strategies to market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Manage department budget, including labor costs and expenses.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales area.
• Report to upper management on sales results and issues.
• Various other duties, as needed.
