Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of the Acosta Group, seeks a Sales Manager to drive wireless sales across multiple Walmart locations. You will lead a team of Wireless Sales Pros, learn wireless products and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training, and work to exceed targets with strong coaching and leadership.

We offer a base salary plus performance-based bonus and commission, full benefits, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience and consistently meeting sales targets are assets.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated multitasking, demand management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 locations and drive recruitment, coaching, and development to hit sales goals.
• Motivate teams to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Act as a player-coach, modeling top-tier sales techniques and training practices.
• Execute recruitment and retention plans to sustain a high-performing workforce.
• Foster collaboration with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership.
